v2.1 Changes since last team review
- Qualiphy → Zenoti qualification webhook is now drawn. Carries qualification status + Rx details to Zenoti's customer record at the end of each Drip Direct consult.
- Catalog and inventory live between Qualiphy and VSDH only. The long sync arrow to Zenoti has been removed.
- Zenoti inventory module deferred to v3. Stockroom sync is intentionally out of v2.1 scope and marked as such on the diagram.
- Zenoti receives two distinct webhook streams now: qualification + Rx from Qualiphy, and shipment status from Stockroom.

- Catalog sync mechanism (Qualiphy → Stockroom): REST pull, webhook push, or event stream?
- Qualification webhook payload schema — which fields does Zenoti need?
- SKU mastering ownership across the three platforms.
- v3 timing for Zenoti inventory integration.
